烘丝工艺参数对烘后叶丝质量影响的研究

摘  要:
通过正交试验较为系统地研究了工艺参数与烘后叶丝质量的关系,结果表明:在试验范围内,①各试验因素对烘后叶丝结构(整丝率和碎丝率)的影响较小,均未达到显著水平;排潮风门开度和热风温度对烘后叶丝填充值的影响稍显著;②蒸汽压力对烘后叶丝的香气、谐调、杂气和余味以及感官质量总分有重要影响;热风风门开度和排潮风门开度对烘后叶丝的谐调、杂气和余味以及感官质量总分有重要影响;热风温度对烘后叶丝的杂气也有较为显著影响。

摘  要:
Effects of drying parameters on quality of cut tobacco were studied by orthogonal experiment.Results showed that 1) there was no significant correlation between drying parameters and the structure of dried cut tobacco,i.e.the proportion of long stands and small stands,while the filling power was clearly affected by opening of moisture exhaust valve and hot-air temperature;2) there were significant correlations between steam pressure of HT and the aroma,harmony and balance,offensive taste,after taste,and general scores of sensory quality of dried cut tobacco.Opening of hot-air valve and moisture exhaust valve significantly affected the harmony and balance,offensive taste,after taste,and general scores of sensory quality of dried cut tobacco,and hot-air temperature obviously affected the offensive taste.
