摘  要：
蜂花粉具有抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗衰老、抗辐射和抗肿瘤等多种生物学活性。随着人们生活水平的提高和保健意识的增强,蜂花粉作为健康食品被广泛认同,人们对蜂花粉的需求也越来越大。本文通过对2004～2010年间浙江省缙云县80家转地蜂场生产蜂花粉的经济效益情况进行跟踪调查,对影响蜂花粉产量和价格等因素进行了综合分析。蜂花粉产量受产地气候及播种面积影响,而收购价又受制于内外销情况及蜂花粉产量,蜂农生产蜂花粉的积极性仍不高。随着价格的提高,蜂花粉将会为蜂农带来更大的收益。蜂农应密切关注市场变化,及时调整采粉结构,降低风险,增加收入。

摘  要：
Bee pollen has a variety of bioactive activities such as blood lipid reducing,anti-oxidation,anti-fatigue, anti-aging,anti-radiation and antitumor.With the improvement of people's living standards and health awareness, the value of bee pollen as health food has been widely recognized.Based on a lot of investigations on yield and economic benefits of bee pollen from 80 migratory apiaries in Jinyun County,Zhejiang Province,comprehensive analyses on the impact factors on bee pollen production and price were conducted.Since the pollen production is affected by the climate and crop area,and the purchase price was subject to foreign trade,domestic sales and production,the enthusiasm for collecting bee pollen is low among beekeepers.With the increasing price of bee pollen,there will be larger benefits for beekeepers.Therefore,beekeepers should pay close attention to changes in the market rules and adjust to collection mode timely in order to reduce risk and increase income.
