2006～2010年转地蜂场招工情况分析——基于浙江省缙云县80家蜂场的调研

摘要：

对浙江省缙云县2006～2010年80家转地蜂场招工情况进行了调查分析,结果表明:转地蜂场招收以初中文化为主的男性青壮年农民工,平均年龄25～28岁,多数为1年工龄,主要来源于蜂场所在地及贵州、湖南、江西、云南等中西部地区。蜂场解决招工难问题的关键是切实提高农民工的待遇。招收中西部欠发达地区农民工养蜂,不仅为养蜂业培养更多的熟练工,而且为蜜粉源丰富的中西部地区今后发展养蜂业创造了条件。

摘要：

A survey was carried out to investigate the worker recruitment of 80 migratory apiaries from 2006 to 2010,in Jinyun County,Zhejiang Province.The result showed that most of the recruit workers were young male migrant workers aged from 25 to 28 with junior high school educational background and one year working experience. Most of them were natives,while some were from Midwest provinces such as Guizhou,Hunan,Jiangxi and Yunnan. The key to solving difficulty in recruitment is to effectively improve the treatment of migrant workers.Recruit migrant workers in Midwest of China may be helpful to bring up more and more skilled labor for apiculture,and to create a better condition for developing the apiculture in Midwest of China which is abundant in nectar and pollen plants.
