火炬树根水浸提液对黑心菊土壤微生物碳源利用的影响

摘  要:
为研究火炬树根对黑心菊根际土壤微生物的影响,采用Biolog-ECO微平板培养技术,探讨黑心菊土壤微生物碳源利用,及对不同质量浓度火炬树根水浸提液的响应。结果表明:C处理(火炬树根水浸提液质量浓度为0.3 g·mL~(-1))的土壤有机碳质量分数、总氮质量分数、土壤p H及电导率最高,但土壤含水率无显著差异;在不同质量浓度火炬树根水浸提液处理下,单孔颜色平均值均随着培养时间的增加而逐渐上升,在处理156 h时均达到最大值;C处理碳源利用最大,D处理(火炬树根水浸提液质量浓度为0.4 g·mL~(-1))碳源利用最小。不同质量浓度的火炬树根水浸提液均促进了黑心菊土壤微生物对碳水化合物、羧酸的利用,抑制了对多聚物、氨基酸和胺类物质的利用,其中C处理对酚酸类利用率最大。土壤微生物碳源利用的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数及Gini多样性指数均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。冗余分析表明有机碳是影响土壤微生物碳源利用的主要因素,C处理碳源利用最强,A处理(火炬树根水浸提液质量浓度为0.1 g·mL~(-1))碳源利用最差。

摘  要:
In order to study the influence of Rhus typhina roots on the rhizosphere soil microorganism of Rudbeckia hirta,the Biolog-ECO micro plate culture technology was adopted to explore the use of microbial carbon source utilization in the soil of Rudbeckia hirta,and to response to different aqueous extract contents of the roots of R. typhina. The soil organic carbon content,total nitrogen content,soil pH and electrical conductivity were the highest in C treatment( the content of R. typhina aqueous extract was 0.3 g·mL~(-1)). However,there was no significant difference in soil moisture content. Under different contents of aqueous extracts,the average well color development gradually increased with the culture time,and reached the maximum value at 156 h. The carbon source utilization of the soil microorganisms was the highest in C treatment,D treatment( the content of R. typhina aqueous extract was 0.4 g·mL~(-1)) was the lowest. Different contents of aqueous extract of the roots of R. typhina promoted the utilization of carbohydrate and carboxylic acid of soil microorganism of R. hirta.But the utilization of polymers,amino acids and amines were inhibited,and the most use of phenolic acids was C treatment. There were significant differences in the diversity index of Shannon-Wiener,Pielou index and Gini index of soil microbial carbon sources utilization( P<0.05). By redundancy analysis,organic carbon was the main factor influencing the utilization of soil microbial carbon source. According to the main content sequence,carbon source utilized by C treatment was the strongest,and carbon source utilized by A treatment(the concentration of Rhus typhina aqueous extract was 0.1 g·mL~(-1)) was the worst.
