团头鲂必需氨基酸营养研究进展

摘  要:
水产养殖业的发展离不开优质水产饲料的支撑,而蛋白质(氨基酸)作为水产饲料中最昂贵的成分,一直是水产营养与饲料研究的热点之一,结合国内外研究资料,本文主要就团头鲂(Megalobrama amblyocephala)饲料必需氨基酸需求、氨基酸对团头鲂的营养生理与代谢调控机制及免疫功能、氨基酸平衡饲料的开发及合理利用等方面进行了综述,以期为更加优质、绿色、高效的团头鲂人工配合饲料的研发提供科学参考。

摘  要:
The development of aquaculture is inseparable from the support of high-quality aquatic feeds. As the most expensive component in aquatic feed,protein(amino acids)has been one of the hot spots in aquatic nutrition and feed research. Based on the previous studies,this paper summarizes the latest research in amino acid nutrition of bunt snout bream(Megalobrama amblycephala),mainly on the requirements of dietary essential amino acids,its nutritional physiology and metabolic regulation mechanism,immune function,and the development of amino acid balanced diet in bunt snout bream in order to provide scientific reference for the research and development of high-quality,green and efficient commercial diet for bunt snout bream.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2020,32(11):5105-5116]
