竹林空气日温湿度变化对棘托竹荪出菇动态及产量的影响

摘  要:
【目的】分析竹林下日温湿度变化对棘托竹荪出菇动态及产量的影响,揭示出菇过程中温湿度的调控机制,为竹林下棘托竹荪的科学种植提供参考依据和技术指导。【方法】以棘托竹荪为研究对象,分别在湖南省的炎陵县和永州市竹林下开展相关研究,记录棘托竹荪出菇期日产量和竹林地表空气温度和相对湿度,拟合日产量动态曲线,并对其日产量与温湿度变化的相关性及不同温、湿度梯度下出菇日产量的差异进行了分析。【结果】出菇期竹林地表日均温度范围为21~32 ℃、空气相对湿度大于65%,且棘托竹荪日产量的变化较符合阻尼正弦函数的动态拟合曲线。虽然林地日均温、湿度及其昼夜差与竹荪日产量间均没有显著的相关性,不同平均日温、相对湿度的梯度间竹荪的日产量存在显著差异,其日产量在日平均温度为26~28 ℃和平均相对湿度为85%~90%时达到最大;除永州点的空气昼夜温差梯度之外,炎陵点的昼夜温、湿度梯度和永州点的昼夜湿度差梯度间的日产量均无显著差异。【结论】在出菇阶段,林地地表空气日平均温度为26~28 ℃、相对湿度保持在85%~90%,且相对小的温湿度变化更有利于棘托竹荪子实体的分化。

摘  要:
【Objective】Effects of daily air temperature and humidity on growth dynamics and yield of Dictyophora echinovolvata in bamboo forests were analyzed,in order to reveal regulatory mechanism of temperature and humidity during mushrooming process,and to provide some references and technical guides for D.echindusiata cultivation.【Method】Using D.echinovolvata as a research object,daily yield,air temperature and humidity during D.echinovolvata growing period were recorded in bamboo forests of Yanling and Yongzhou,dynamic curves of daily yields of D.echindusiata were fitted,and correlation of daily yield with temperature and humidity was analyzed,and differences of daily yield at different temperatures and humidities were researched.【Result】During mushrooming process,daily temperature is 21-32 ℃ and relative air humidity is above 65%,and variations of daily yield of D.echindusiata are comply with dynamic fitting curves of damped sine function.Although daily temperature and humidity are not significantly correlated with daily yield of D.echindusiata,daily yields have significant differences between different daily temperatures and relative humidity gradients.Daily yield is maximum when daily temperature is 26-28 ℃ and relative humidity is 85%-90%.Excepted for day-night temperature difference in Yongzhou plot,day-night temperature difference and humidity gradient in Yanling plot and day-night humidity gradient in Yongzhou plot have no significant difference.【Conclusion】During mushrooming period,26-28 ℃ daily temperature,85%-90% relative humidity,and relatively small variation of temperature and humidity are benefit to differentiation of D.echindusiata sporocarp.
