湿法消解-原子荧光光度法测定大虾总砷不确定度评定

摘  要:
为了确保检测结果的可靠,确定原子荧光光度法定量测定大虾中总砷含量的量值范围。通过湿法消解-原子荧光光度法对大虾中总砷的测定,对检测过程进行研究,分析各种影响因素(标准曲线的配制、玻璃器具、所使用的仪器以及测量过程重复性)所带来的不确定度,并确定评定模型,计算合成标准不确定度。结果表明,测定大虾中总砷的扩展不确定度为0.19 mg/kg,结果为2.59±0.19 mg/kg,影响该方法的不确定度主要由测量重复性导致。

摘  要:
In order to ensure the detection results, the wet digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry was used for quantitative determination of total arsenic in prawns, various influence factors in the detection process, such as standard curve preparation, glass apparatus, instrument and measurement repeatability, brought about the uncertainty analysis, and the combined standard uncertainty was calculated by making the evaluation model in this study. The results indicated that the extended uncertainty in the test of total arsenic in shrimp was 0.19 mg/kg, the total was 2.59 + 0.19 mg/kg; and the uncertainty was mainly caused by the repeatability of measurement.
