白犀牛皮肤脓肿诊治

摘  要：
昆明动物园饲养的一头3岁雄性白犀牛,右肩胛背侧自上而下连续出现肿块。肿胀部位皮肤发红、发亮,触诊发热,肿块表皮皮肤相继脱落。穿刺取样,肿块内容物为粉红色黏稠液体,细菌分离培养,鉴定为溶血性葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和链球菌混合感染,药敏试验筛选出适宜的头孢喹肟钠。在肿块下缘设置引流管,引流、冲洗脓肿腔,外用可鲁凝胶和金万红软膏均匀涂抹,配以中药方剂喂服。经中西医结合治疗30 d后,该犀牛肩胛部脓肿疾患基本痊愈。

摘  要：
A 3-year-old male white rhinoceros raised at Kunming Zoo developed multiple masses on the dorsal side of the right scapular from top to the bottom. The skin of the masses looked red and bright,and felt hot by palpation. The epidermis of the masses fell off in succession. We collected the sample from the inside of the masses through puncture,the contents of the masses were pink and viscous liquid. After bacterial isolation and culture, it was identified as mixed infection of Staphylococcus haemolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus. Cefquinome sodium was selected by antimicrobial sensitivity test. A drainage tube was set at the lower edge of the mass to drain and wash out the abscess cavity,Kalo recombinant lysostaphin gel and Jing Wanhong ointment were applied evenly on the skin of the abscesses,and traditional Chinese medicine was fed orally. After more than 30 days of combined treatment with Chinese and contemporary medicine,the scapular skin abscesses of the rhinoceros were basically cured.
