圈养白犀牛肠梗阻的诊断与治疗

摘要：

白犀牛表现为精神沉郁,无食欲,烦躁不安,频繁起卧。前一晚未排便,腹部膨胀,结膜潮红,由于该白犀牛驯化良好,饲养员容易接近,对其进行了体温测定和血液生理、生化检测,初诊为不完全性肠梗阻。采取肌肉注射比赛可灵、喂服保和丸及补液盐,加强患病白犀牛运动等措施,经过2 d的治疗,该白犀牛恢复健康。不仅丰富了犀牛疾病的临床资料,也为相似疾病的诊断与治疗提供了借鉴。

摘要：

A white rhino(Ceratotherium simum) Hangzhou Safari Park,Fuyang.China showed symptoms including depression,apocleisis,dysphoria and restlessness.The rhino did not defecate on the evening of the previous day and suffered abdominal swelling and conjunctival flushing.The rhino was accessible because it was habituated to the presence of zoo keepers.After body temperature measurement and blood tests,the rhino was diagnosed as suffering intestinal obstruction.The rhino recovered after two days of treatment with injected bethanechol chloride and orally administered digestive pills,and rehydration salts.This case not only enriched knowledge of rhino disease clinical data,but also provided guidance for diagnosis and treatment.
