随着食品过敏问题对消费者健康的影响越来越严重,对食品过敏原的研究也成为全球关注的公共卫生问题之一。本文就世界各国食品过敏原种类及标识情况进行综述,为消费者在过敏现象的识别、预防和管理者在制定相关法规方面起到一定的借鉴作用。

摘  要:
With the effects of food allergies on the consumer health more and more serious,research on food allergens has become one of public health issues.Food allergens and labelling in various countries were summarized in this paper so as to identify and prevent food allergies for consumers and lay down laws and regulations for managers.
