化学沉淀工艺处理电镀高浓度含铬废水工程实例

摘  要:
指出了液压件厂废水主要来自电镀工序,产生的废水中具有六价铬和总铬浓度高、水质波动大等特点。结合工程实例,介绍了化学沉淀工艺在处理液压件厂电镀高浓度含铬废水工程中的实际应用,详细阐述了工艺原理、主要工艺参数及运行成本分析。工程运行表明,装置运行稳定,运行费用低;自动化程度较高,操作简便,运行方式灵活,对水质波动适应能力强,出水水质中pH值、COD、六价铬和总铬等指标均达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB21900-2008)排放标准。

摘  要:
Wastewater in hydraulic component factory is mainly from electroplating procedure,and with high concentration of Chromium(VI) and total Chromium.Based on an engineering example,this article describes the treatment of electroplating wastewater containing chromium by chemical precipitation,and gives a detailed explanation of its reaction mechanism,the main process parameters and operating cost analysis.It shows that this process is efficient,stable and c and can be controlled easily.The effluent of PH,COD,Chromium(VI) and Chromium can reach the grade standard of GB21900-2008.
