复合蛋白酶和甘露寡糖对肉鸡生长性能的影响及其互作效应研究

摘  要:
试验选用112羽平均体重为(37.6±0.42)g的1日龄爱拔益加肉雏鸡以研究复合蛋白酶和甘露寡糖对肉鸡生产性能的影响及其互作效应。将所有鸡只随机分为4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复7羽鸡。试验组日粮在玉米-豆粕日粮的基础上分别添加125g/t的复合蛋白酶、1000g/t的甘露寡糖及125g/t的复合蛋白酶+1000g/t的甘露寡糖。试验分前期(1~21d)和后期(22~42d)两个阶段。试验期为42d。结果表明,日粮中添加125g/t的复合蛋白酶对肉鸡的采食量无显著影响,但可显著提高肉鸡后期(P<0.01)及全期的日增重(P<0.05)。虽然肉鸡前期和后期的饲料转化效率未出现显著变化,但复合蛋白酶对肉鸡全期的饲料转化效率有改善的趋势(P=0.08)。1000g/t的甘露寡糖不仅提高了肉鸡后期的日增重(P<0.05),同时显著提高了肉鸡后期及全期的饲料转化效率(P<0.05)。复合蛋白酶和甘露寡糖同时使用对肉鸡各阶段的日增重、采食量和饲料转化效率未表现出相互加和或抵消的效应。由此可知,125g/t复合蛋白酶和1000g/t甘露寡糖对肉鸡具有明显的促生长作用,但两者之间不存在互作效应。

摘  要:
This trial was conducted to study the effects and interaction of proteinases and mannose-oligosaccharide on growth performance in broilers.One hundred and twelve,1-day-old,broilers with average weight of(37.6±0.42) g were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 4 replicates of 7 broilers each.Broilers per treatment were respectively fed one of the experimental diets supplemented with 0,125 g/t proteinases,1 000 g/t mannose-oligosaccharide,125 g/t proteinases + 1 000 g/t mannose-oligosaccharide.The trial lasted for 42 d.The results indicated that the supplementation of 125 g/t proteinases did not improve the average daily feed intake(ADFI),but improved average daily gain(ADG) of broilers in the grower period(22~42 d)(P<0.01) and overall period(1~42 d)(P<0.05).No difference in feed conversion ratio(FCR) between 125 g/t proteinases group and control group broilers appeared in starter and grower periods.However,the improvement trend(P=0.08) was observed in broilers fed the diet with supplementation of proteinases in overall period.The supplementation of 1 000 g/t mannose-oligosaccharide had no effect on the ADFI of 21 and 42 d,while it improved ADG and FCR in the grower period and FCR in the overall period(P<0.05).The combined use of proteinases and mannose-oligosaccharide showed that they had no interaction.In conclusion,proteinases and mannose-oligosaccharide improved the growth performance of broilers,but their interaction was not appeared in the present study.
