闽侯郊区不同土地利用方式对土壤活性碳的影响

摘  要:
[目的]探讨土地利用类型对土壤活性有机碳库的影响以及土壤活性有机碳与土壤养分的关系。[方法]根据利用方式不同,将试验区土壤划分为林地、菜地、地瓜地、茉莉地、果地、甘蔗地6种利用类型,测定土壤基本理化性质。[结果]结果表明:6种土地利用类型中,同总有机碳变化相比,微生物碳和水溶性碳的变化更明显;而微生物碳与水溶性碳相比,后者的变化更明显。[结论]微生物碳和水溶性碳可以作为反映土壤有机质质量的灵敏指标。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to study effects of different land use on the active soil organic carbon pool and relationships between active soil organic carbon and soil nutrient.[Method] Experimental area was divided into 6 kinds of land use as forest land,vegetable land,pachyrhizus land,jasmine land,fruit land,sugarcane land.Soil physics and chemistry quality of this 6 kinds of land use was analysized.[Result] The results indicated that among 6 kinds of land use,microbial biomass carbon and soluble carbon changed obviously compared with total organic carbon. Soluble carbon changed obviously compared with microbial biomass carbon.[Conclusion] Microbial biomass carbon and soluble could be used as the sensitive index reflecting the quatity of carbon soil organic matters.
