鱼粉中肉骨粉含量的近红外反射光谱分析

摘  要:
收集了112个鱼粉和34个肉骨粉样品,在鱼粉中掺入不同比例(5%~60%)的肉骨粉,制备了163个样本。应用偏最小二乘(PLS)定标方法,在8678.10~4250.34cm-1波数范围内,采用变量标准化(SNV)、7点平滑和一阶导数对光谱进行预处理,建立了鱼粉中肉骨粉含量的NIRS定量分析模型。定标集真值与NIRS定标模型预测值之间的决定系数R2和标准差RMSEC分别为0.9529和3.22,相对分析误差RPD为4.798。验证集真值与NIRS预测值之间的决定系数r2及标准差RMSEP分别为0.9668和2.68,相对分析误差RPD为5.484。结果表明,利用NIRS分析技术可准确地检测鱼粉中肉骨粉含量。

摘  要:
112 fish meal samples and 34 meat and bone meal (MBM) samples were collected, and MBM was deliberately adulterated with fish meals at 5%~60% by weight, and 163 experimental samples were prepared. The NIRS quantitative analysis model was developed for measuring MBM content in fish meal by using partial least squares (PLS). The initial spectrum was pretreated by standard normalized variate (SNV), 7 point smoothind and one derivative respectively. The coefficient of determination (R~2) and standard errors (RMSEC) in calibration sets were 0.952 9 and 3.22 respectively, the RPD was 4.798. The coefficient of determination (r~2) and standard errors (RMSEP) in validation sets were 0.966 8 and 2.68 respectively, the RPD was 5.484. The results showed that the NIRS could accurately measure the MBM content in fish meal.
