我国农机制造企业应如何构建精益物流系统

摘  要：
我国农机市场竞争日趋激烈,暴露出农机生产中片面追求数量、忽视降低成本等一系列弊病。精益物流是一种科学的、高效的现代化物流管理模式,能显著降低物流成本,有效提高客户满意度。我国的农机制造企业应当充分借鉴精益物流思想,对自身重新定位,整合内外部物流体系,从而成功提升企业的核心竞争力。本文在简要介绍了我国农机制造业现状的基础上,阐述了精益物流的内涵和特征,并针对如何通过构建精益物流系统来推动我国农机制造业实现跨越式发展这一极具重要意义的命题,进行了系统而全面的探讨。

摘  要：
The competition for Chinese market of agricultural machine is being drastic day by day, so a series of problems in the manufacturing are exposed, such as only pursuing the amount of the production instead of reducing its cost. Lean logistics is one kind of scientific and efficient mode of modern logistics management. It can reduce logistics cost distinctly and enhance customer satisfaction effectively. Chinese agricultural machine enterprises should make full use of lean logistics, reappraising themselves, integrating interior logistics system and exterior logistics system. Therefore, it can promote the enterprise nuclear competitiveness successfully. Based on the brief introduction of the actuality of Chinese agricultural machine industry, the writer analyzes the contents and characteristics of lean logistics. Moreover, the writer carries through the systemic and overall studies about the key subject on how Chinese agricultural machine industry can gain great development by constructing the lean logistics system.
