摘  要:
本研究用正交试验设计杜仲叶α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的最佳提取工艺条件,考察了不同料液比、浸提时间以及浸提温度等条件对提取率的影响,并研究了杜仲叶提取物的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。通过研究发现,杜仲叶α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的最佳提取条件是:料液比1∶10、浸提温度90℃、浸提时间40min、二次浸提加超声40min。在此条件下,所获得的杜仲提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制率最高,为34.8%。本研究为杜仲叶α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的提取和利用提供了一定的理论依据。

摘  要:
The study researched the effects of extraction time,ratio of material to liquid and extraction temperature on the yield of αglucosidase inhibitors of Eucommia ulmoides leaves,studied the inhibitory activity,and then employed the orthogonal experimental design to obtain the optimum extraction conditions of α-glucosidase inhibitors from Eucommia ulmoides leaves.The optimal conditions obtained for the extraction were that the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶10,the extraction temperature was 90℃,and the extraction time was 40 min.Under the conditions,the α-glucosidase inhibitory activity reached 34.8%.
