复方葡萄籽油软胶囊内容物研究

摘  要：
[目的]研究优化复方葡萄籽油软胶囊的内容物配方。[方法]以葡萄籽油为主要内容物,异甘草素和原花青素为辅料,研究复方葡萄籽油软胶囊的配方,并对软胶囊质量标准及稳定性进行了考察。[结果]试验得到复方葡萄籽油的最佳配方为:以葡萄籽油为主要内容物,辅料为异甘草素(葡萄籽油质量的0.5%)、原花青素(0.5%);助悬剂为蜂蜡(3%);润湿剂为吐温(1%);抗氧化剂为维生素E(0.15‰)。通过对软胶囊质量标准及稳定进行考察得所制软胶囊各项指标均符合国家标准。[结论]研究可为生产开发具有复合功能的葡萄籽油软胶囊提供参考依据。

摘  要：
[Objective] To optimize formula of compound grape seed oil soft capsule. [Method] Grape seed oil as the main contents,isoliquiritigenin and anthocyanin as the additives,the compound formula of the soft capsule were investigated. And quality standard and stability of it were researched. [Result]Through the experiments,the optimal formula of the soft capsule were obtained: grape seed oil as the main contents,isoliquiritigenin as the additives( 0. 5% of the mass of the grape seed oil),anthocyanin( 0. 5%); suspended aid: beeswax( 3%);wetting agent: twain( 1%); antioxidants: vitamin E( 0. 15 ‰). After examining the quality standard and stability,the indicators all meet the national standards. [Conclusion] The study can provide reference basis for production and development of compound grape seed oil soft capsule.
