超临界CO_2萃取葡萄籽油的工艺研究

摘  要:
利用超临界CO2萃取技术,通过正交设计实验研究了不同萃取温度、萃取压力、流量、分离压力对葡萄籽出油率及油品质的影响,确定了最佳工艺为萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度50℃、CO2流量8Kg/h、分离I压力12MPa。

摘  要:
Grape seed oil extraction from grape seeds by supercritical CO_2 extraction was studied.Through the orthogonal design , the effects of temperature , pressure ,separation pressure , CO_2 flow rate and time on extraction were determined .The optimum process are temperature 50℃, pressure 40MPa, CO_2 flow rate 8kg/h ,separation pressure 12MPa.
