肉粉是采用新鲜的鸭肉加工过程中的含脂肪成分经过传统的蒸煮压榨,及液压压榨机二次压榨粉碎后的油状粉末;富含磷脂、甾醇、P、Mg、Fe、Zn等,氨基酸组成比例适宜,具有新鲜肉粉固有的香味,适口性极好,价格适宜,是鱼粉的理想替代原料。

摘  要:
Meat meal in this article made full use of fresh fat-containing ingredients from duck meat processing,cooked by high temperature and crash.Meat meal was crashed twice by squeezer and smashed into powder.It was rich in phospholipids,sterol,P,Mg,Fe,Zn,etc and its amino acid ration was suitable.Besides,due to the palatability and appropriate price,meat meal can be an excellent substitute for fish meal.
