山地果园电动单轨运输机远程遥控系统设计

摘  要:
针对已有的山地果园电动单轨运输机的中控制系统PT2262/PT2272发射电路功率有限,导致传播距离有限的问题,设计了一种基于STM32F103的中继系统,使其能匹配原有控制系统并实现控制距离的增加。试验结果表明,使用单个中继系统后,山地果园电动单轨运输机远程控制系统的有效控制距离为200 m,与不使用中继系统相比,平均增加了85 m,遥控距离增加了74%。

摘  要:
The existing monorail transporter driven by mountain orchard car battery can help solve the problem of difficult transportation and high labor intensity in mountain orchards. It can well satisfy the mechanization of agriculture, improve transport efficiency and reduce labor intensity. This paper bases on existing mountain orchard monorail transporter and its control system, and finds that the existing control system PT2262/PT2272 has a limited power transmission circuit, causing the limited transmission distance. This article describes a relay system based on STM32 F103, which can match the original control system and achieve the purpose of increasing the control distance. After using a single relay system, the effective control distance of the remote control system of the mountain orchard electric monorail transporter is 200 m. Compared with not using the relay system, the average 85 m is increased, and the remote control distance is increased by 74%.
