硫磺菌生物学特性研究

摘  要:
通过野外调查及室内试验观察,对硫磺菌生态习性、形态、结构特征、培养性状等生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明,硫磺菌子实体菌肉肥厚,香味浓,单生或丛生,其子实体为二系菌丝型,骨架菌丝厚壁,无隔,生殖菌丝无色透明,具横隔,具明显锁状联合。子实层由担子与担孢子构成,无囊状体。担子棒状,每担子可产生4个担孢子。在PSA培养基上,菌丝生长旺盛,无色,具隔及锁状联合,在一定条件下可产生菌丝团,菌丝团分化能形成可育的子实体。

摘  要:
The biological characteristc, ecology and morphology of Laetiporus sulphureus were studyed. The results showed that the fungus had fleshy sporocarps, which were dimitic and with strong fragrance. The generative hyphas were achromaticity, transparence, embranchment, and with clamp connection, septas. The skeletal hyphas were achromaticity, thick-wall, no embranchment and no septas. The hymenium of sporocarp was constituted with basidia and basidiospores and no cystidia. Each of the basidia had 4 basidiospores. In PSA medium, the vegetative hyphas grew rapidly and it could form normal sporocarps at a certain condition.
