不同生根剂对中国石竹扦插生根的影响

摘  要：
本试验以中国石竹为插穗,珍珠岩+蛭石(1:1)为基质,分别采用吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)及萘乙酸(NAA)与两者相混的生根剂处理插穗,研究了不同生根剂对中国石竹扦插生根的影响。结果表明:用IBA+NAA1000mg/L处理,可使插穗幼根提前形成,可促进根系生长旺盛,提高根系活力,但对可溶性糖含量无明显促进作用。

摘  要：
In this experiment the cuttings of Dianthus chinensis were used as the experiment materials and treated with the Rooting agents made of IAA,IBA and NAA(IAA,IBA,NAA+IAA,NAA+IBA) mixed with the mediums pearlite and vermiculite(1:1) respectively,to study the effects of different rooting agents on cuttage rooting.The results showed that the treatment of NAA+IBA1000 mg/L could promote the early rooting and vigorous growth of the root system and increase its vigor,while having no significant effects on increasing its soluble carbohydrate contents.
