云南不同种兜唇石斛评价

摘  要：
为了解人工栽培不同种兜唇石斛的品质,掌握不同表现型兜唇石斛茎的特点,对人工栽培不同种兜唇石斛进行了评价.结果表明,兜唇石斛种质来源主要有云南本地种、缅甸种、印度种和老挝种;表现型有大水草、小水草、细水草和红水草.鲜品口感评价以云南本地种大水草口感最好,清醇,稍苦,回甜;其它种口感差别不大.枫斗口感评价,缅甸种大水草和云南本地种红水草为优-,云南本地种小水草、缅甸种小水草、印度种小水草良+,老挝种细水草和老挝种小水草良.云南本地和缅甸种大水草资源量较少,多糖含量高,枫斗品相好,适宜大面积推广;云南本地、缅甸种和印度小水草资源量较多,表现稳定,产量高,枫斗品相好,是目前云南主要种植的种;老挝种大水草、细水草品质稍差,产量不高,枫斗品相差,种植的面积不多;云南本地种红水草产量低,不宜做大面积推广种植.

摘  要：
An evaluation on cultivars of man-made Dendrobium aphyllum was carried out to get to know the performance of this species. The results showed that germplasm of Dendrobium aphyllum mainly collected from the indigenous, Myanmar, Indian or Laos. There are four kinds of species nicknamed black one, yellow one, thin one and purple one for phenotype. Yunnan native black species in fresh tasted best for its clean, light bitter and refresh feeling, there are no difference among other species. As to the dry processed products of stems (also known as Fengdou), the black one from Myanmar species and Yunnan native purple species flavor more than excellent, Yunnan native yellow, Myanmar yellow and Indian yellow show good or better. The Laos thin and yellow species also show well. It' s then concluded that Yunnan native black species and Myanmar black one are suit- able to be expanded on large scale because of their scarce of resources, but high polysaccharide content and good-looking of Fengdou. The abundant Yunnan native yellow, Myanmar yellow and Indian yellow which are the current dominant species in Yunnan performed well in yield and appearance of Fengdou in a stable way. On the contrast, the quality of Laos black and thin species are not as good as that of the other species, low yield and ugly appearance. So does the Yunnan native purple one, also can't be recommended to be planted on large scale.
