富钒酵母菌株的筛选及摇瓶培养条件的初步研究

摘  要:
对5株啤酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiaeM eyen ex Hansen)进行富钒筛选,并初步优化了RCEF1023菌株的富钒培养条件。结果表明,钒加入量为40μg.mL-1,接种量为10%,500 mL三角瓶装液量为50 mL,培养温度为28℃,48 h后,富钒酵母产量为6.63 g.L-1,钒含量达到587.6μg.g-1。

摘  要:
From 5 strains of yeasts,Saccharomyces cerevisiae Meyen ex Hansen),which was suitable for V-rich yeasts fermentation was selected.RCEF1023 was selected for optimization cultivation through fermentation test.The result showed that the highest V content of the strain was obtained in the condition of 48 h at 28℃ with 10%((V/V)) inoculum volume,when grown in 50 mL culture fluid containing 40 μg·mL~(-1) V~(+5) in 500 mL shake flasks.Under the optimized cultivation conditions,the biomass(dry weight) of 1 L fermentation reached 6.63 g,the enrichment quantity of vanadium was about 587.6 μg·g~(-1).
