摘  要：
Plant tissue culture technology is the core curriculum of the agriculture related majors in higher vocational colleges.Based on refined &excellent courses at provincial level and long-term experience,this paper constructed a task-based curriculum framework by the project-based teaching reform in order to make students master the skills for the plant tissue culture.
