摘  要:
面对中国日益严峻的食品安全形势,如何加强食品安全管理已成为国内经济社会发展的一项重大紧迫任务。食品安全问题的根源在于信息缺失所引发的信息不对称。在此以信息不对称理论为基础,深入论述了食品安全管理中的信息不对称问题及其解决途径,为中国食品监管体系的完善提供参考。

摘  要:
With the problem of food safety in our country growing more and more serious, how to strengthen the food safety management has been one important and urgent task in the process of economic and social development. The root of the food safety problem lies in the information asymmetry caused by the information loss. On the basis of the information asymmetry theory, we made a further discussion on the information asymmetry of the food safety management and its resolving path in this dissertation, providing reference on the improvement of food supervision system in our country.
