热研2号柱花草传粉受精作用的研究

摘  要:
利用石蜡切片和压片等方法观察热研2号柱花草传粉受精过程花朵形态变化及双受精作用过程。凌晨6时绝大多数花蕾已进行自花授粉,花粉粒在柱头上经过2~3h后萌发。授粉后2~3h,花粉管沿子房内壁生长进入胚珠,进行珠孔受精。开花后5~6h,精卵细胞融合,几乎同一时间精子与极核融合。

摘  要:
The flower morphological changes and double fertilization of Stylosanthes guianensis cv.Reyan No.2 during self-pollination and fertilization were studied by paraffin sectioning and means of squash.Self-pollination of most flowers takes place at 6 am.Pollen grains germinated 2~3 h after pollination.The stamen and pistils extend out of the keels and the pollen tubes grow down through the stylar canal with micropyle fertilization.The sperm and egg cell were fused 5~6 h after anthesis.The sperm and polar cuclei were fused almost at the same time.
