柱花草高频植株再生体系的建立(简报)

摘  要:
对热研2号柱花草无菌实生苗的胚轴与叶片切段培养进行了研究。结果表明,在MS+0.5~2.5 mg/L BA均可实现100%的再生频率,其中叶片切段在MS+1.5 mg/L BA上单位外植体产生的丛生芽数最多,为18.45;而胚轴切段在MS+2.0 mg/L BA上单位外植体产生的丛生芽数最多,为15.30。经过4周的壮苗培养,切下单芽进行生根培养。最适生根培养基为1/2 MS+1.0 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L IAA,生根率可达95.84%。

摘  要:
The morphogenetic potential of such explants as leaf pieces and hypocotyl segments from aseptic seedlings of Stylosanthes guianensis cv.Reyan 2 was investigated in this study.The result showed that high-frequency plant regeneration was achieved using MS + 0.5-2.5 mg/L BA with leaf pieces and hypocotyl segments used as explants.The highest shoot number produced per explant of leaf pieces(18.45) and hypocotyl segments(15.30) was obtained on MS + 1.5 mg/L BA and MS + 2.0 mg/L BA,respectively.After 4 weeks of elongation culture on MS + 0.1 mg/L BA,micro-shoots were cut and rooted onto rooting media.The best rooting medium was found to be a half-strength MS supplemented with 1.0 mg/L IBA and 0.5 mg/L IAA.
