滩羊体内盐酸四环素的消除规律研究

摘  要:
对盐酸四环素在滩羊体内的消除规律进行研究,通过WT1.4休药期软件预测四环素在羊体内的休药期。采用健康宁夏滩羊42只,分为6组,每组7只,每组空白对照1只,试验组6只;对试验组与空白对照组羊按照体重(0.1mg/kg)分别静脉注射盐酸四环素与注射生理盐水,每天早晚各1次,自由饮水,连续给药3d。给药后,分别在羊停药后的0、3、6、9、12、15d随机宰杀一组羊,其中试验组羊6只,空白对照组1只。宰杀之前称重,屠宰后对其进行解剖,快速取其肌肉(300g~500g)、肝脏(400g~500g)、双肾各取一半(纵切)。然后用高效液相色谱法对所采集样品进行检测。结果表明,通过对试验羊各组织中四环素含量的检测并通过休药期软件WT1.4预测肌肉、肝脏、肾脏的休药期分别是9.2、10.2、12d,因此,盐酸四环素在羊体内的休药期为12d。

摘  要:
In this paper,the regular elimination pattern of tetracycline hydrochloride was studied in sheep,and the withdrawal time of tetracycline hydrochloride also was predicted through the software of WT1.4.Forty-two healthy Ningxia Tan-sheep were used in this experiment.They were divided into six groups and each group with seven Tan-sheep.Only one sheep was used in blank control group and the other six sheep were used in experiment group.The sheep in the experiment group were injected with tracycline hydrochlorideted through the vein twice a day by 0.1 mg/kg,and the sheep in the blank group were injected with normal saline through the vein twice a day.All of them were allowed to drink water freely and they were injected 3days continuously.After this phase,one of the six sheep in the experimental group was killed randomly at the 0,3,6,9,12,15day(total 6testing spots).Tan-sheep were weighted before slaughter.Its muscle(300to 500g),liver(400to 500g),fat(200g)and half of its two kidneys(longitudinal cut)were taken out quickly.Then they were processed and examined with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the withdrawal time of tetracycline hydrochloride in muscle,liver and kidneys were 9.7days,10.6days and 12 days respectively by the software of WT1.4and the withdrawal time of tetracycline hydrochloride in sheep took up to 12 days.
