超声波提取桑椹红色素的工艺研究

摘  要:
目的:研究并优化超声波提取桑椹红色素。方法:通过单因素试验和正交试验,考察超声波提取桑椹红色素的工艺参数和提取效果,并与常用的溶剂浸提法相对照。结果:超声波提取的最佳条件为:提取剂为含0.01%HCl的80%乙醇溶液,提取功率200 W,提取时间10 min,料液比1:20,超声波法和溶剂浸提法的提取率分别为86.57%,79.64%。结论:采用超声波可较好地提取桑椹红色素。

摘  要:
Aim:to optimize the extraction of pigment from mulberry by ultrasonic.Methods:applying single factor and orthogonal experimental designs,extraction parameters and effect were observed and compared with those extracted by routine solvents.Results:The optimal parameters to ultrasonic extraction method was:solvent was 80% ethanol with 0.01% HCl,extraction power 200W,extraction time: 10min,material/extraction ratio:1:20,the average gaining rates of the two methods were 86.57%,79.64% respectively.Conclution:It was a good method to use ultrasonic to extract mulberry red pigment.
