重庆地区茶叶矿质元素产地特性研究

摘  要:
采用微波消解技术处理来自重庆不同地区的22只茶鲜叶蒸青样,利用电感耦合等离子光谱和质谱检测其32种矿质元素,发现重庆地区茶鲜叶中15种稀土含量随区域不同差异较大,其余17种元素含量在几十μg/kg到几千mg/kg不等。主成分分析表明:永川地区样品Y、Pr、Nd、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Fe元素含量比其他地区样品含量低;Sr、Al、Ca这3种元素在巴南、南川样品中的含量最低,在永川、荣昌样品中的含量最高;其他地区样品在样品分值图上得分分散。结合聚类分析,22只样品聚为6类,地域相近样品具有一定相似性。研究表明,利用矿质元素区分茶叶产地特性是可行的,稀土元素以及Ca、Sr、Ba、Al元素含量可为产地特性提供重要依据。

摘  要:
Twenty-two steamed green tea samples produced in different areas in Chongqing were subjected to microwave digestion for analysis of 32 mineral elements by ICP-OES and ICP-MS.Steamed green tea samples from different areas showed considerable differences in the contents of 15 rare earth elements,and the contents of 17others varied from 101 ug/kg to 10~3 mg/kg. Principal component analysis(PCA) showed that the contents of Y,Pr,Nd,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er and Fe in samples from Yongchuan were lower than those of samples from other areas.Sr,Al and Ca showed the lowest levels in samples from Banan and Nanchuan but the highest levels in samples from Yongchuan and Rongchang.The PCA score plots of samples for other areas revealed a scattered distribution.Cluster analysis demonstrated that 22 green tea samples were assigned to 6 classes with similarity among samples from similar geographic origin.This study suggests that mineral element analysis allows geographic origin discrimination of green tea,and Ca,Sr,Ba and Al are important indicators of tea geographic origin.
