100%苹果汁对甘肃省陇西县9~12岁儿童营养改善的干预评价

摘  要:
目的:研究100%苹果汁对贫困农村儿童营养的改善作用,探讨如何发挥社会组织在改善儿童营养工作中的新途径和新作用。方法:抽取甘肃省陇西县6所农村小学3~6年级452名学生作为研究对象,随机分为干预一组(n=175)、干预二组(n=144)和对照组(n=133),干预一组每人每日饮用250m L的100%苹果汁、干预二组每隔1天饮用100%苹果汁、对照组保持正常饮食,干预期4个月;干预前后分别对受试者进行72 h膳食调查。结果甘肃省陇西县9~12岁农村儿童营养状况不容乐观,能量、蛋白质、维生素A、维生素B1、B2及钙的摄入量均有不同程度的缺乏。干预一组干预前后,平均每人每日能量、维生素B1、B2、维生素C及钾、钙、铁的摄入量均增加,差异均有统计学意义;干预二组干预前后,平均每人每日能量、维生素B1、B2、维生素C及钾、钙、铁、的摄入量均增加,差异均有统计学意义。对照组2次调查结果发现,平均每人每日能量、维生素B1、B2、及钾的摄入量均增加,钠的摄入量减少,差异均有统计学意义。结论:甘肃省陇西县农村9~12岁儿童营养状况不容乐观,存在营养不均衡状况,虽营养状况良好的人群占大数,但也存在一定比例的营养不良和超重肥胖的情况。苹果汁的摄入能调整膳食结构,改善营养状况,促进能量、维生素和矿物质的吸收,这为高效实现农村义务教育学生营养干预提供了新方法和新思路。

摘  要:
【Objective】To study the effect of 100% apple fuice on the improvement of the poor rural children's nutrition and discuss the new ways and new roles of social organizations to improve children's nutrition.【Method】We extracted 452 students of 3 ~ 6 grades from Longxi county of Gansu province as the research objects,which were randomly divided into intervention group 1(n = 175),intervention group 2(n = 144) and the control group(n = 133).Children of group 1 drank 250 m L of 100% apple juice everyday and students of group 2 drank 250 m L of 100% apple juice every other day,while children of control group kept the normal diet.The intervention period was4 months.Both before and after the intervention,participants should answer for 72 h dietary survey.【Result】The nutritional status of rural9 ~ 12 year old children in Longxi county was not optimistic,there were energy,protein,vitamin A,vitamin B1,vitamin B2 and calcium varying degrees of lack.After the intervention,the average intake of energy,vitamin B1,vitamin B2,vitamin C and potassium,calcium,iron of group 1 children increased,differences were statistically significant.After the intervention,the average intake of energy,vitamin B1,vitamin B2,vitamin C and potassium,calcium,iron,of group 2 children increased,differences were statistically significant.By analyzing these two surveys of control group,we found that the average daily intake of energy,vitamin B1,vitamin B2,and potassium intake increased,differences were statistically significant.【Conclusion】The nutritional status of rural 9 ~ 12 year old children in Longxi county was not optimistic and there was no nutritionally balanced condition.Most population accounted for good nutritional status,but there was also a percentage of malnutrition,obesity,and overweight.Apple juice intake could help adjust dietary structure,improve the nutritional status,promote the absorption of energy,vitamins and minerals.The study provided a new method and new idea for efficient realization of nutrition intervention for rural compulsory education students.
