粗茶多酚中的表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的提取方法研究

摘  要：
从溶剂的选择和混合试剂提取物等方面,对茶多酚粗品中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的提取进行了研究。结果表明:采用正丁醇提取的产品中,EGCG含量最高,纯度达到41.00%,较甲醇、乙醇、乙醚、石油醚、乙酸乙酯、丙酮等提取物相比,其含量提高了2倍以上。在此基础上进行了混合溶剂提取试验,结果显示:以正丁醇∶石油醚为1∶2时,提取物中EGCG含量最高,达到了70.30%。

摘  要：
In this paper the research on the extraction of EGCG in tea polyphenol was conducted,including the option of solvent and mix reagent etc.The test result showed the contain of EGCG extracted with n-butanol was highest,with the purityof 41%,which was twice time more than that extracted with methyl,ethanol,ether and others.Based on the experimental result,the experiment in the extraction of EGCG with mixed solvent showed as a result: the highest contain of EGCG could be reached(70.3%) with n-butanol: petroleum ether(1∶2) as mixed solvent.
