超临界CO_2萃取小麦胚芽油的试验研究

摘  要:
试验研究了超临界CO2 萃取小麦胚芽油时萃取压力、萃取温度和CO2 循环量对小麦胚芽油萃取率的影响。试验结果表明 ,萃取压力对萃取率的影响大于温度 ;在萃取压力为 2 0~ 3 8MPa范围内 ,萃取压力对萃取率影响非常明显 ,随着压力的增大萃取速率显著加快 ;萃取小麦胚芽油的最佳萃取温度为 3 8~ 43℃ ;在低CO2 循环量条件下 ,萃取速率主要受分离速度的影响 ,并随循环量的增加 ,萃取速率加快

摘  要:
The effect of supercritical CO 2 on extraction of wheat germ oil was discussed. It has been proved that extraction pressure was more effective than extraction temperature. The extraction rate of wheat embryo oil rised rapidly with the increase of extraction pressure within 20?MPa-38?MPa and the extraction rate is mainly influenced by separative speed under the low quantity of cycling CO 2. The optimum extraction temperature was 38?℃-43?℃.
