新型锤片式饲料粉碎机粉碎性能的试验研究与参数优化

摘  要:
为提高锤片式粉碎机筛分效率,弥补现有粉碎机生产率低、能耗高等缺点,基于泛函分析理论,对粉碎机分离装置进行优化。文章选取了以粉碎机的工作小时生产率和吨料电耗为评价指标,以筛网倾角、主轴转速、喂入量为影响因素,用玉米为原料,进行二次回归正交旋转中心组合试验研究及分析,建立各指标与因素间的回归数学模型,确定了各个因素对评价指标的影响规律和主次顺序。综合分析后得出工作小时生产率与吨料电耗的较优水平组合:筛网倾角61.78°、主轴转速2 477.5 r/min、喂入量6.42 kg。在该结构和工艺参数下,与采用原分离装置相比,工作小时生产率提高1.48%,吨料电耗降低3.38%。该研究为锤片式饲料粉碎机粉碎饲料研究和优化提供一定理论依据。

摘  要:
In order to improve the screening efficiency of hammer crusher, to make up for the low productivity and high energy consumption of the grinder, the separation device of the grinder was optimized based on the theory of functional analysis. This paper selected the productivity and tons of material consumption in crusher work hours as the evaluation index, with mesh screen angle, spindle speed, feed rate as influencing factors, using corn as raw material, quadratic regression orthogonal rotary center combination experiment was carried out the research and analysis, establish regression mathematical model between the indexes and factors, identified the influence law of various factors on the evaluation index and primary and secondary order. Comprehensive analysis of productivity and concluded that working hours after tons of material consumption is best level combination: screen angle is61.78°, the spindle speed is 2 477.5 r/min, feed rate of 6.42 kg. Under the structure and process parameters, the working hour productivity increased by 1.48% compared with the original separation device, and the tonnage charge decreased by 3.38%. The study provides a theoretical basis for the study and optimization of pulverized feed mill crushing feed.
