锤片式饲料粉碎机分离装置结构的改进

摘  要:
文章针对新型锤片式饲料粉碎机回流量过大的问题,对分离装置结构进行了改进。在利用有限元分析软件FLUENT对分离装置中的气固两相流运动状态进行模拟的基础上,提出在回料管上开孔可以减小物料回流量的思想。仿真结果表明,在饲料粉碎机的回料管上开孔,可降低中心区域负压对气流场流动状态的影响,是有效解决新型锤片式粉碎机气流回流量过大的问题的途径,可提高分离效率。

摘  要:
Based on the problem of high back flow of a new-model feed hammer mill,separation decice structure were improved.On the basic of the simulation on air-solid two phase flow mechanism in separation device of a new-model hammer mill was performed using software FLUENT,puting forward the thinking of open hole in returning pipe could reduce the back flow of materials.The simulation results showed open hole in returning pipe could reduce the effect of the center negative pressure on flow field flow state.It was an effective way to solve the problem that high back flow of new-model hammer mill,it could improve the separation efficiency.
