带回料管锤片式饲料粉碎机影响玉米粉碎粒度因素的试验研究

摘  要:
试验旨在确定本锤片式饲料粉碎机筛片孔径、主轴转速和喂入量对粉碎后饲料几何平均粒度的影响关系及其成因。根据GB/T 17890—2008选用内蒙古包头地区种植的黄玉米,采用3因素五水平正交试验法,按试验要求分别选用4目、8目、14目、18目、30目孔径筛网,通过变频器设置1 600、1 900、2 200、2 500、2 800 r/min主轴转速,称取5、5.5、6、6.5、7 kg喂入量玉米,设计共25组试验,每组3个重复。试验所考察3个因素均对几何平均粒度影响显著(P<0.05),其中筛片孔径对几何平均粒度影响较主轴转速和喂入量对饲料几何平均粒度影响明显。结果提示,在本试验设置范围内随着筛片孔径、主轴转速和喂入量的增大,几何平均粒度呈增大趋势。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to confirm the effects of mesh size of screen, spindle speedand feeding in speed of the feed hammer grinder developed by this group on grinded feeds' geometricaverage particle size and the causes. On the basis of GB/T 17890-2008, yellow corn from Baotou, In-ner Mongolia were selected and used, a orthogonal testing method was employed and three factors asinput variables with five levels were selected respectively. Screen with four, eight, fourteen, eighteenand thirty mesh number, spindle speed with 1 600, 1 900, 2 200, 2 500 r/min and 2 800 r/min set byfrequency converter, feeding in speed with 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5 kg and 7 kg, were assigned to twenty-fivetreatments with three replicates. There were significant effects of three factors investigated by this ex-periment on geometric average particle size(P<0.05). Mesh size of screen had effects on geometric av-erage particle size more significant than spindle speed and feeding in speed were. These results indi-cated that with the increasing of mesh size of screen, spindle speed and feeding in speed, the geomet-ric average particle size increase.
