摘  要：
本文探究了日粮中添加裂壶藻粉对奶牛生产性能和乳中DHA含量的影响。将试验奶牛随机分为7组,每组6个重复,进行饲喂试验。结果表明,随着裂壶藻粉用量的增加,乳中DHA含量显著增加(P<0.01),不饱和脂肪酸水平显著提升(P<0.05),且改进了n-3:n-6脂肪酸的比例。添加裂壶藻粉对产奶量无影响,但添加量达300g/(头·d)时乳脂率极显著降低(P<0.01),DHA的转化率从13.50%降至11.60%。本试验条件下,裂壶藻粉在日粮中的适宜添加量为150～250g/(头·d),此时牛奶中DHA含量稳定达到10～20mg/100mL。添加250g裂壶藻粉时,DHA在牛奶甘油三酯sn-2位分布的相对含量达到52.82%,与母乳含量接近。

摘  要：
Through the feeding experiment, the effects of adding cracked pot algae powder on the performance of dairy cows and DHA content in milk were investigated. The test cows were randomly divided into 7 groups, 6 replicates in each group, and fed. The results showed that, the DHA content in the milk increased significantly(P<0.01), the unsaturated fatty acids increased significantly(P<0.05), and the proportion of n-3:n-6 fatty acids improved. The addition amount of the algae powder had no effect on the milk yield. When the addition amount was 300 g, the milk fat was significantly reduced(P<0.01), and the conversion rate of DHA was decreased from 13.50% to 11.60%. For each of 150 g～250 g, the DHA content of milk is stable to 10～20 mg/100 mL, and the content of DHA in the milk triglyceride is up to 52.82% and the content of milk is close to that of breast milk.
