紫外分光光度法测定新型除草剂阔草清的含量

摘  要:
建立了紫外分光光度法测定新型除草剂阔草清的含量。用0.01mol/L氢氧化钠溶液溶解样品,在274nm处测定样品的吸光度,外标法确定组分含量。结果表明,阔草清在3.8~38.3mg/L质量浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9997。方法设备简单、灵敏、准确,可用于阔草清含量的测定。

摘  要:
A UV spectrophotometry method for determining the content of flumetsulam, the newly developed herbicide, was set up. The sample was dissolved by 0.01 mol/L sodium hydroxide, and measured at 274 nm, then determined its content. The calibration curve of flumetsulam was linear(r=0.9997)over the range of 3.8-38.3 mg/L. This method is simple, sensitive and accurate for determining the content of flumetsulam.
