DMSO、抗氧化剂与生长调节剂对全缘冬青扦插生根的影响

摘  要：
采用了不同基质、不同扦插时间、不同生长调节剂及其不同浓度的处理,并在生长调节剂处理的同时添加活性组分DMSO以及抗氧化剂VC、PVP,研究其对全缘冬青(Ilexintegra)生根的影响。结果表明:全缘冬青扦插时间以3月初最适;最适基质为泥炭:蛭石:珍珠岩=3:5:2(体积比);NAA对全缘冬青扦插苗生根作用最为显著,添加DMSO与VC、PVP对生根促进作用明显,最好的处理方法是NAA(200mg/L)+1%DMSO+Vc(500 mg/L)或NAA(200 mg/L)+1%DMSO+PVP(1 000 mg/L)浸泡0.5 h,生根率可达80%。

摘  要：
Experiments were conducted on effect of different treatment on rooting of Ilex integra cuttings.Treatments had different substrates,different cutting times,different growth regulators and their different concentrations,and growth regulators+ DMSO and VC,PVP.The results showed that the optimal time for cutting was in early March,substrates was peat: vermiculite: perlite =3:5:2,growth regulator was NAA,adding DMSO and VC,PVP.The experiments indicated the best treatment was that cutting soaked 0.5 hour in solution of NAA(200 mg/L) +1% DMSO +VC(500mg/L) or NAA(200mg/L) +1% DMSO + PVP(1000mg/L) had rooting rate of 80%.
