摘  要:
测定了转cry1Ab基因水稻"克螟稻1号"对二化螟幼虫的致死和亚致死作用。结果表明,1龄、3龄、5龄幼虫持续取食"克螟稻1号"时,死亡率极高,5龄虽存活了较长时间,但不能正常化蛹。而当取食"克螟稻1号"一段时间后,改以亲本对照"秀水11"为食时,除在初期死亡较多外,死亡率不随时间而显著上升,能存活至下一龄期,部分还可化蛹,且幼虫总的历期与对照组差异不显著。幼虫取食一定时间的"克螟稻1号"后改食对照时,除1龄外,3龄和5龄幼虫经处理后所得的蛹均能羽化,其中3龄幼虫经处理后所得的成虫体重和体长与对照组差异不显著,而5龄幼虫经处理后所得的成虫体重和体长均显著低于对照组,但羽化率和产卵量并不显著低于对照组。

摘  要:
The lethal and sub-lethal effects of a transgenic rice line KMD1, containing a synthetic cry1Ab gene from Bacillus thuringiensis measured on larvae of striped stem borer, Chilo suppressalis (Walker) is reported in this article. The transgenic rice line was highly toxic to the 1st, 3rd and 5th instar larvae. When larvae of the three instar groups tested continually fed on the transgenic rice stems, all of them ultimately died and failed to pupate, even though the 5th instar larva were able to survive for a relatively long time. In contrast, those larvae which fed on untransformed control rice stems after feeding on transgenic tissues for a period time had a lower mortality and was able to survive into the next instar and, partly, even to the pupal stage, but there was no significant difference in development time between treated larvae and the control. The larvae of the tested instar groups, except the 1st instar, when reared with the control tissues after feeding on the transgenic tissues, Succeeded in pupa formation followed by emergence. Their emergence percentage and egg laying performance were not inferior to the control. As regard to body weight and body length of moths developed from the treated larvae, no significant difference from the control was observed provided the larvae were treated since the 3rd instar, whereas significantly limited body weight and length of moths resulted if the treatment was performed since the 5th instar.
