正交设计优化藏红花苷提取工艺

摘  要:
为了优化藏红花苷的提取工艺,以藏红花苷的提取率为指标,在用单因素试验方法考察乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声温度、料液比对藏红花中藏红花苷提取率的基础上,应用正交试验优化藏红花苷提取工艺。结果表明:最佳的提取工艺是乙醇浓度60%,超声时间40min,超声温度40℃,料液比1∶30。在此条件下,藏红花中藏红花苷的提取率较高。

摘  要:
To study the optimal extraction condition of crocin fromCrocus sativus L.Taking the total extraction ratio of crocin fromCrocus sativus L.as an index,orthogonal design which was based on the single factor method including the concentration of ethanol,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature and solid-liquid ratio was employed to optimize the extraction technique.The results showed that the optimized condition was as follows:the concentration of ethanol was 60%,ultrasonic time was 40 minutes,ultrasonic temperature was 40 ℃ and solidliquid ratio was 1∶30.Under the optimal extraction condition,the total extraction ratio of crocin fromCrocus sativus L.was much higher.
