一株瘤胃黄曲霉毒素B1降解菌的分离鉴定及特性研究

摘  要:
从秦川牛瘤胃内容物中分离到1株黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的降解菌WZ-2,通过形态学、生理生化特征和16SrRNA序列同源性分析,将WZ-2菌株鉴定为巨大芽胞杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)。菌株WZ-2的最适生长温度30℃,最适pH 7.0,当接种量为5%时,该菌株在含有500μg/mL的AFB1发酵培养基中培养72h,可使AFB1降解率达到79%。

摘  要:
One Aflatoxin B1 degradation Bacterial strain named WZ-2was isolated from a rumen content of Qinchuan cattle.Combining morphologic characteristics and physiobiochemical characteristics with 16 S rRNA sequence analysis,strain WZ-2was identified as Bacillus megaterium.The optimal temperature and pH for growth of strain WZ-2was 30°C and pH 7.0,respectively.The strain could degrade aflatoxin B1 more than 79% when it was cultured in 500μg/L fermentation medium for 72 h.
