摘  要:
梨是典型的配子体自交不亲和植物,梨品种自交不亲和基因型(S基因型)确定的研究对于梨的栽培和遗传改良具有重要的意义.综合分析了运用杂交授粉试验、PCR-RFLP技术、DNA序列分析、cDNA克隆等技术在确定梨品种S基因型方面的优点和不足之处,提出了运用基因芯片技术确定梨品种S基因型的新方法,并分析了该技术的优势以及在梨品种S基因型确定方面的应用前景.

摘  要:
The pear is a typical kind of gametophytic selfincompatibility plant.The identification of its S-genotype provides an important foundation for its fertile planting and genetic improvement.In this paper,a novel method,i.e.,employing the technique of genechips for identifying the S-genotype of pears,is put forward.The advantages and shortcomings of this technique,together with other techniques such as hybridization pollination test,PCR-RFLP technique,DNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis of SI,are also discussed.
