白藜芦醇的合成研究进展

摘  要:
白藜芦醇是一种具有抗病及多种保健功能、有益于人类健康的非黄酮类多酚化合物,从天然植物中获取大量白藜芦醇面临着资源短缺的问题。人工合成白藜芦醇主要有两类方法:化学合成和生物合成。化学合成主要有:Perkin反应合成白藜芦醇,Witting和Witting-Homer反应合成白藜芦醇,Heck反应合成白藜芦醇,利用碳负离子与羰基化合物的缩合反应合成白藜芦醇等方法。生物合成主要有:植物细胞悬浮培养技术生产白藜芦醇,芪合酶转基因技术。

摘  要:
Resveratrol is a kind of non-flavonoids polyphenolic compound which with had functions of disease resistance and health care for human.The plants resources containing resveratrol are scarce and lacking plants.There are two artificial synthesis for resveratrol: chemical synthesis and biosynthesis.The chemical synthesis methods are Perkin action,Witting and Witting-Homer action,Heck action and,carbanion and carbonyl compound condensation.The biosynthesis methods are plant cell suspension culture and stilbene synthase transgenic technology.
