摘 要：
This paper presents data and analyses in detail for the structure of supply and demand for timber in Shandong province using the results of the simultaneous equations model which had been previously developed. In addition, calculations have been made for the supply, demand, and prices of timber during the Eighth Five-Year Plan. In general, not only simulated results of different investment policies, but also valuable reference is provided for the application in planning forest economic and technological development by the end of this century in Shandong province.
