利用原生质体融合构建耐盐固氮菌

摘  要:
为提高多功能褐球固氮菌YKT41(Azotobacter chroococcum)的耐盐碱能力,将耐盐菌微球菌(Micrococcus sp.)MNY2与该固氮菌进行原生质体融合。采用选择性及非选择性培养基对融合子进行12次传代试验后,获得稳定融合子15株,生物测定表明,融合子YM2和YM9表现出双亲的固氮、耐盐、抑菌等优良性状。

摘  要:
In order to improve salt tolerance of the multifunctional Azotobacter YKT41(Azotobacter chroococcum),interfamilial protoplast fusion between salt-tolerant strains Micrococcus sp.MNY2 and the strain YKT41 was performed.After repeatedly transferring experiment up to twelve generations on selective and non-selective culture medium,15 strains of stable fusants were obstained,biological tests showed that fusant YM2 and YM9 exhibited the desirable characteristics of both the parental strains,such as nitrogen fixation,halotolerant,fungicidal activity.
