摘  要:
从发病黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)心脏中分离到1株细菌GM 2402,进行了分离培养、形态学观察、生理生化试验与16S rDNA基因的PCR扩增及序列分析。结果表明,菌株GM 2402为革兰氏阴性杆菌,具动力性,V-P试验、水杨酸、过氧化氢酶、脲酶等阳性,不发酵鼠李糖、乳糖等,硫化氢、枸椽酸盐等阴性。16S rDNA序列长1 417 bp,GenBank的登录号是JX 101598,且与数据库中小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌(Yersinia enterocolitica)的相似性高达99.6%,系统发育树显示与小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌聚为一个分支。综合菌株的生化特性及分子生物学分析结果,判定菌株GM2402为小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌。

摘  要:
One bacteria strain named GM 2402 was isolated from the heart of natural diseased yellow catfish(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco).The strain was identified according to its morphological characteristics,physiology and biochemistry experiments,as well as,PCR amplification of 16S rDNA genes and sequence analysis.The results showed that strain GM 2402 was a gram-negative bacterium;the ability to movement and MR-VP,salicylic acid,catalase and urease reactions were positive;but L-rhamnose,Galactose,H2S and citrate salt reactions were negative.16S rDNA sequence of strain GM 2402 was 1417 bp and the accession number was JX101598.Strain GM 2402 shared 99.6% identity with Yersinia enterocolitica strains in GenBank database.Phylogenetic tree demonstrated that strain GM 2402 was gathered into one cluster with Y.enterocolitica.Both biochemical character and molecular analysis were proved that strain GM 2402 was Y.enterocolitica.It will benefit the identification of Y.enterocolitica in aquatic animals.
