西南喀斯特地区构树苗木对土壤干旱胁迫的生理响应

摘  要:
在西南喀斯特地区,采用土壤干旱胁迫的方法,对不同土壤水分条件下一年生构树苗木的生理指标进行了观测,研究其对土壤干旱胁迫的生理响应。结果表明:随着土壤干旱胁迫的加剧,构树的叶水势、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和水分利用率都有所下降,表明构树有较高的耐旱生产潜力,对水分亏缺的适应能力也较强。阐明了其能够在退化喀斯特生境中生存的生理基础。

摘  要:
In southwest Karst region,physiological indicators of Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings to different soil water conditions were measured by means of soil drought stress,its physiological responses to soil drought stress were studied. The results showed with the aggravation of soil drought stress,leaf water potential,net photosynthesis rate,transpiration,stomata conductance and WUE(water using efficiency) of Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings decreased,which indicatd Broussonetia papyrifera had high drought-tolerant potential productivity and strong adaptability to water deficiency in Karst forest. These illustrated the physiological basis that Broussonetia papyrifera can survive in degraded karst habitat.
