摘  要:
综述了从甘草中提取甘草酸制备甘草次酸的方法,其中酸碱裂化法的工艺要求条件苛刻,酶促反应法制备流程复杂,而采用微波辅助萃取法具有良好的发展前景。

摘  要:
Preparation methods of glycyrrhitinic acid from glycyrrhizic acid extracted from glycyrrhiza were reviewed.There was a strict requirement on technical parameters for acidic and basic cracking methods,while a complex technical process for enzyme catalysis.An excellent prospect was forecasted for using microwave aid extraction method to prepare the glycyrrhitinic acid from glycyrrhizic acid extracted from glycyrrhiza.
